So after spending the better part of the last 2 years going as hard as possible at every extreme metal show I could on the US East Coast, you could say I'm burned out on death metal music lol. I'm sorry, but after seeing hundreds of great bands - shit just seems kind of same-y to me, you know? So it takes something really special to bring me back into the death metal fold. Fossilization are my boys & this is an amazing work of art. I cannot recommend it enough. Now... back to my Coltrane 😂🤣 bcb723

There's something charming about bands that don't give a shit what you like and just do their own thing. Is it death metal? Grind? Tech hardcore? Who the fuck knows? It's fun though. Ghuughra

Ponderous Sludge/Doom from the Portuguese speaking section of the Amazon. It's heavy, crushing, and single-minded. And surprisingly dark for a sludge release. The satanic Hispanics are at it again. Ghuughra
The Los Angeles outfit, led by Keir Gilchrist of "Atypical" fame, barrel through six molten-hot death-metal tracks with reckless abandon. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 29, 2020
